Tax Walk & Tax Goes to School 19'

The mission of The Tax Club, Obafemi Awolowo University is to build persons who will contribute to the development of taxation in Nigeria. In light of this, we decided to take tax awareness to the people of Osun State; with the intention of creating a path for a rise in the State’s IGR. The second leg of the event was aimed at developing interest in tax and future compliance in the secondary school students of the state. Lastly, we were interested in giving back and we donated a printer, calculators, dictionaries, bags, shirts … to the school and the students.
